I'm an open-minded, tech-savvy learning professional and have been working in L&D roles for 3+ years, mostly in the IT and digitalization environment.With a strong focus on both macro and micro levels of learning processes, I feel at home in strategic planning as well as hands-on training delivery. Next to content design creation and efficient training organization, I recently looked into data analysis in the scope of learning, e.g. training budget planning and controlling.I am passionate about data-driven HR, particularly Learning Analytics, future-proof up- and reskilling possibilities, such as utilizing genAI to implement adaptive learning. I am driven by a growth mindset, believing that we humans are capable of achieving much more than we initially believe, and that collaborative efforts with emerging technologies can enable us to improve even further. I am always eager to chat about sustainability in learning and leadership development, outcome evaluation on program and training levels, and the concept of ROI in learning.Apart from my working life, I also participate in training facilitation privately: As a skydiving instructor, I enjoy enriching others with the thrills of this exciting and versatile hobby.
