During my time with Accenture, I was responsible for end to end Recruitment and Selection within the European Service Centre, Dublin.This covered all support roles including IT, Accountancy, Procurement & Facilities, across a range of levels from entry to management. I built and maintained relationships with the Business, to understand their requirements, and partner with them to achieve a successful hire.My role also involved providing support to our Talent Acquisition System users in Ireland, on our Global Recruitment system, by answering queries, reporting and conducting User Acceptance Testing. I was also involved with various HR projects and initiatives such as a careers office.
