My commitment to hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for friends and family has been a source of great pride. Alongside my business endeavors, I have excelled in the public sector for 7 years, simultaneously balancing my entrepreneurial pursuits. I do miss my coffee shop but the new owner has made it her own beautifully. This role has allowed me to train consultants to deeply understand organizations, so they can leverage core HR functionalities, such as employee data management, administration, compensation and organizational management, to optimize customer human resources.I take great pride in being the Talent Optimization Concepts Consulting Delivery Lead Instructor. I deliver training focusing on talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.My career has been shaped by an unwavering work ethic, striving to learn from pitfalls and humbly celebrating successes.
