1.) My first career objective is to do something challenging. I believe it is too easy to get in the routine of a job and get complacent. I want to be challenged and I want to have some struggles at work. I like thinking, working hard, and I am not afraid to ask questions. With the combination of these three, I feel unstoppable and I want to be challenged as so. 2.) My second career objective is to be an effective leader in the workplace. Leading is an important trait to have when used correctly, it can bring a company together and help it to stride forward and accomplish feats never thought imaginable. I want to be able to lead in an effective manner while still having the respect of my co-workers. 3.) My third career objective is to be happy. I feel that so often in the workplace, people are miserable. They hate their job, they don't like the people they work with, they don't like the hours they work, etc., etc. I have come to the realization that there is no such thing as a "perfect" job. However, my goal is to make the best of whatever situation I have been handed and to do so with a positive attitude. After all, the right attitude can change everything!
