- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our teller team and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided- Oversee daily operations of the teller team, including scheduling, training, and performance management- Ensure that all tellers are following proper procedures and protocols in their transactions and interactions with customers- Monitor and maintain the cash vault, ensuring accurate and secure handling of cash and other financial instruments- Act as a resource for tellers, providing guidance and support in handling complex transactions and customer inquiries- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless banking experience- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the teller team- Train new tellers on policies, procedures, and systems to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues and work towards finding satisfactory resolutions- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the customer experience- Communicate with branch managers and other team members to ensure effective coordination and smooth operations- Maintain accurate records and reports related to teller operations, including transaction volumes and error rates- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures- Ensure that the teller team is meeting all sales and service goals set by the organization

Conduct targeted testing of credit applications, servicing policies, etc. to ensure all aspects of the customer lifecycle are in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Draft testing reports including recommendations to improve policies, procedures, efficiencies, and controls.Work collaboratively with other business groups within the company to evaluate potential issues, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.

Achieves branch targets, and goals by identifying customer needs and appropriate guidance. Maintain Risk management, audit, compliance and customer service goals for the branch. Ensures safe and sound banking practices, including adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
