Oversee the day-to-day execution of Brevard Music Center’s (BMC) annual Car Raffle, and provide administrative support, including data entry, reconciliation of financial contributions, producing acknowledgment letters and contribution receipts for donors, and other logisticalsupport for special event and donor stewardship activities.

Delegated assignments and responsibilities to other executive members. Organized fundraisers and events to create 100 care packages for patients and health care workers at the UVA Children’s Hospital and the Emily Couric Cancer Center.

Organized quarterly fundraising events for our club, selling donuts outside of Clemons Library. Raised over $200 each time which was used to make care packages for nurses at the UVA Children's Oncology department. Additionally facilitated even more fundraising through a social media partnership with BeReal and the Society App.

Managed a team of six college and high school interns. Created weekly social media posts for the company’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

Coordinated housing, transportation, and scheduling for artists during the summer season. Served on the annual Gala planning committee which raised $100,000 this year for our upcoming season. Helped plan and coordinate a new education initiative and partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Central Virginia, and served as assistant to the Education Director. Additionally, managing the company's Instagram and Facebook pages full-time.

Managed the shop solo, stringing tennis rackets and helping customers pick out tennis rackets, strings, shoes, and apparel.
