I am a highly experienced and dedicated relationship manager with a wealth of leadership and Customer Services skills. Throughout my years as a Team Manager, I have developed a greater understanding of motivating team members and am passionate about ensuring people are treated with respect and empathy. The mental wellbeing of my colleagues has been a major focus for me in recent years as I care about the people I work with and believe that excellent service cannot be achieved without a healthy team. In order to further my knowledge and understanding, I am completed an Awareness of Mental Health Problems course and am a qualified Mental Health First Aider.I am known for fostering open and honest relationships, where everybody is welcomed and accepted. During my tenure as a Team Leader, I have successfully managed a wide variety of internal and external relationships and as a result, won the AIG Life Employee of the Year award 2015, which is one of my proudest achievements. I also won an award for my collaboration as a Mental Health First Aider.
