I stopped at nothing to hone in on candidates that no one else could find, and added even more value for my services by providing them with proven, time tested strategies to help them improve their attraction and retainment abilities, helping to limit their need to bring in a staffing partner for some of the less difficult to fill vacancies that could come up in the future.
