Successfully managed 6 locations for Saint Joseph's Hospital, Primary Care Network and responsible for set up of additional 2 new practices acquired by the hospital. Responsible as super user for practice management software for all 16 locations. Managed 8 locations and 92 employees. Managed an internal medicine practice, comprised of 3 internal medicine providers, and 2 physician assistants. Maintained practice management software, all databases and fee schedules, edits and changes within the software and on going training as a super user. Responsible for managing a clinical and business staff of 28 full time employees, human resources, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, coding and posting of all charges, payments, adjustments, reconciliation of ancillary service billing and charges. Inventory supplies, ordering, budgeting, collection of accounts more than 90 days past due. Staff training and updates, educational seminars focusing on office work flow, insurance updates, risk management, and software applications. Developed and implemented all business and clinical systems to include practice management software, financial and scheduling applications, telecommunications, billing, coding, scheduling, financial and clinical organization and documentation. Revenue cycle management, accounts payable, credentialing, marketing, assistance with joint commission accreditation for ambulatory plastic surgery center. Managed 3 employees, and all aspects of human resources.
