I am a certified public health inspector and designated tobacco enforcement officer who works at Halton Region Public Health. I work in the healthy environments team, identifying and controlling potential health hazards, and developing practical skills in public health inspections. With my experience and continuous learning, I hope to make an impacting contribution to the public health sector. Previously, I completed the 2-year Public Health and Safety Fast-track program at Ryerson University and an honors Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto. I am committed to lifelong learning, cultivating new interests and knowledge everyday. Because of this, I am a multi-linguist - fluent in geek, geography, food, science and obscure trivia.I've dabbled in many ventures, teaching me to be a scientist, a leader and a traveler.I plan on drawing from my interests and experiences to tackle any tasks thrown my way.
