Joined the development team on consulting contract in January 2011 to provide construction management for 120 acre mixed-use development including office, retail, multi-family and hotel. At completion of contract joined Wereldhave USA to become responsible for all aspects of maintenance and operations of facilities through disposition of property, that included a central plant chilled water system, 500,000 s.f. luxury multi-family, 200,000 s.f. class A office space, equipment within all buildings, grounds, landscaping and site amenities . Manage preventive maintenance and service budgets and contracts. Manage team of building engineers, and maintenance staff. Oversee various remodel and new construction projects.

Responsible for completion $70M high rise mixed used development including 20 story luxury multi-family, 14 story luxury multi-family and 4 story lofts, parking podium, elevated pool deck, and retail space.

Project Manager on multiple design-build projects nationwide up to $30M. Projects included refrigerated distribution centers; telecom facilities, clean rooms, retail and office.

Managed projects including K-12 schools and mid-rise office shell. Projects ranged in size from $6 million to $23 million

Provided project engineering duties on projects that included a $50 million corporate campus expansion in Plano, TX (office and manufacturing facilities) as well as K-12 school projects for Plano ISD and Dallas ISD.
