With over 10 years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed a strong expertise in business planning, sales, and leadership. I have delivered commercially successful departments at store and country level, working with C-suite executives, country and store management teams, and leading experts of each function. I have also contributed to the development and launch of new pilot innovation platforms and product ranges, such as the METOD kitchen project at IKEA.In June 2023, I started to work towards a new career path as a business analyst, where I can apply my analytical and communication skills to support the delivery of successful projects. I am currently pursuing a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and developing business intelligence, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in these fields.
