This includes adult services, mental health services, CAMHS, nursing and residential homes, ABI services, learning disability and autism and low secure services also including secure patient transport services. Within my healthcare career I started as a qualified nurse and progressed successfully. .In healthcare I began as a nurse and progressed. I have held Board level positions including CEO, Director of Nursing & Operations before specialising in financial and commercial company growth.Having always had a commercial mindset; a firm grasp of accounting and financial modelling and exceptional negotiating skills with stakeholders has allowed me to become a leader within with my field. My exceptional operational skills and leadership style have allowed me to get the best quality out of my teams, and their long-lasting loyalty and I have been privileged to bring my prodigies along with me on my amazing journey.My track record is clear with operational turnaround projects taking services from inadequate to good and increasing revenue amounts by over £3million.I have gained significant legal knowledge whilst being commissioned by legal companies to undertake SUI and presenting findings in courts s where I have had the opportunity to influence national policy change.
