My duties include managing the departmental housing database and student contracting websites, developing and producing reports for internal and external customers using CBORD and ECU BIC including managing daily/weekly reports, imports, and exports to and from CBORD and Banner 9. I will also train and support staff in using the CBORD Housing Management System (HMS), plan, coordinate, and implement future development of the CBORD HMS client, and develop policies, system security, and training to support the departmental use of the CBORD HMS system.

I currently process all academic year student room assignments for 5,600 students and procedures used in the assignment area. These responsibilities include overseeing or monitoring cashiering activities, charges, rosters, correspondence, telephone inquiries, meeting with students and parents, and processing room assignments, and the student re-application process. I currently use CBORD in my housing assignments process and have a knowledge of Banner systems, as well.

- Provide administrative support to the Housing Director and Department's Engineering/Architectural Technician and Lock Shop operations at the University. - Eagerly serve as a public contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff about the facility and service concerns of students residing in the halls.- Compose, type, and mail routine correspondences and research University practices in efforts to make the department more efficient.- Periodically update information on the Campus Living and RHA websites.- Monitor the office supplies budget and create work order requests, merchandise order requests, and lab supplies.- Co-supervise 1 -2 student workers that facilitate on-campus computer labs.
