New England College has a 70-year history offering degree-bearing programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Responsibilities include initial outreach to create awareness for NEC’s workforce and corporate programs. Developed relationships with corporate and educational partners, as well as internal resources, to build custom educational experiences that meet their individual needs and skill gaps.Accomplishments: • Initiated a new continuing education division for NEC, offering non-credit workshops and certificate programs. • Implemented a new institution initiative for community college partnerships. Our model offers on the ground completion programs specific to that regions gap areas. Negotiated contracts with community college systems, nationally, and are currently in conversations with others.• Worked with organizations to create custom agreements for both cohort-based or enterprise wide solutions.

Abudi Consulting Group, LLC (ACG) works collaboratively with organizations through customized assessments, hands on workshops, coaching and consulting. ACG focuses on providing services to clients to assist them in improving efficiencies and effectiveness within their businesses, enabling shorter time-to-market for products and services and utilizing resources effectively and efficiently to meet business goals. My Primary responsibilities are identifying and partnering with organizations to help develop custom assessment, training and coaching solutions for employee development.

Chelmsford, MAAugust 2011 – June 2015: Corporate Account ExecutiveCEG provides best in class corporate training in content areas such as leadership, management development, project management, business analysis and business process management.Primarily responsible for partnering with organizations to help develop custom training solutions for employee development.Using consultative selling techniques I introduce customized training programs, coaching/mentoring solutions and consulting services to organizations of all sizes, both public and private. I manage the complete sales cycle from building new and expanding existing accounts, managing program delivery, and sustainment. Daily activities include business development, needs analysis, client/prospect visits, attending key deliveries, responding to RFP’s, designing and developing proposals and managing on-going accounts. February 2005 – August 2011¬: Training ConsultantRepresenting BUCEC’s public enrollment programs, I worked collaboratively with organizations looking for training programs for their staff as well as training for individuals.Regularly present BUCEC’s training programs and help the students decide what best fit their professional development plans.• Built relationships with students that resulted in repeat registrations as well as referrals of coworkers and friends.• Assisted with reestablishing the IT programs from the ground up.• Follow up on incoming leads and communicate the advantages of working with BUCEC.• Established communication channels to continually “touch” my student base. Keeping them apprised of new programs and classes that may be of interest.• Outbound to individuals in our database as well as purchased lists.
