Purchase requisition and Purchase order processing. Assisting Purchasing Manager in maintaining vendor files, COI information. Screening new vendors, Accounts payable conflict resolution.

Payroll processing, customer service, invoicing, cash drawer balance and deposit reconcilliation, HR duties such as keeping personel records, files and assisted Regional manager with admin duties. Expense purchasing, yearly budget planning, price/bid maintanence.
