So, I have first hand experience of what it's like being a parent in today's crazy world.There is a lot of support for young people, but over the years I've noticed there's not much support for parents that struggle with their teen. So, with my professional and personal experiences, I've designed from the ground up a one to one "Positive Parenting a Teen" programme.I've taken all the necessary components of parenting teens and put it all together. Our programme is unique to any other parenting programme. I will teach you EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which will help you manage difficult emotions (because kids are great at triggering us, right!!)and put you back in control.
