•Total Account Management (including budgets) of existing and new accounts.•Analyzing needs, determining sales and training strategies, revenue targets, relationship building and monitoring agent performance.•To co-ordinate sales and marketing strategies to generate new business from both existing and new accounts.•To co-ordinate and attend specific industry events and trade shows presenting the cruise line and keep a high profile in the market place.•To initiate and escort targeted agent/client familiarization trips and to organize regular entertainment functions with new and existing accounts.•To co-ordinate and host training workshops to further generate product knowledge, confidence and business opportunities within the cruise industry.

•Reporting directly to the Director of On-Board Sales shore-side and liaising daily with the Captain and Hotel Director to arrange and co-ordinate onboard functions, activities and sales presentations to maximize sales and profitability onboard.•To promote and market future cruises to established Cunard/Seabourn members and First Time cruisers, whilst achieving set quarterly targets and performance evaluations. •To co-ordinate and host future cruise presentations and lectures to guests onboard.•To co-ordinate and escort targeted key agent/client familiarization trips and to organize regular entertainment functions with new and existing guests.
