A communications professional with more than 20 years' experience, I was recognised by the CIPR as Britain’s Outstanding Young Communicator in 2012 (I'm far from young now!) and most recently by the PRCA as City and Financial Professional of the Year 2020. I have worked with complex and emotive brands that have been misunderstood or have a complex set of stakeholders and therefore require sensitive or adaptable messaging that resonates with each of these groups.Reputation management and crisis communications is my area of specialism, helping many clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from unexpected or unforeseen crises, including industrial accidents, press speculation and HR issues.
