I oversee and manage the the company's operations and all client engagements. Lyons McCloskey provides vendor audit services, including foreclosure attorney audits for its clients. Lyons McCloskey provides consulting services to entities in the mortgage space to meet the requirements of their customers, investors and regulators. Lyons McCloskey provides consulting services to assist mortgage lenders when they are asked to review and evaluate their operations to minimize costs and risk and to maximize financial returns by developing operating procedures that provide for an efficient and effective utilization of technology, staffing resources and skills. Lyons services include, but are not limited to, auditing 20+ mortgage servicers annually, expertise and assistance during HUD audits, and other audit types, claim loss analyses, collateral due diligence, and MSR acquisition due diligence.

Oversight management of government contracts in the residential asset market. Lead the development of various reporting packages for senior level analysis, led the training of 80+ personnel on a REO managment scorecard system and the use of reporting tools, and developed a continuity of business plan.

Provide contract and due diligence support for distressed whole loan mortgage transactions.

Managed the Repurchase Group for the Morgan Stanley's Residential Mortgage Business which consisted of 15 loss mitigation and credit analysts. Built the process, system and team to collect from mortgage originators on delinquent loans. Reduced the outstanding claims position by over $1B out of $1.3B in 2007. Member of the Morgan Stanley Correspondent Credit Committe, a governance body which worked to mitigate operational, counterparty, and default risk.

Integral in building the valuation group including processes and procedures for due diligence of residential mortgage acquisitions. Managed valuation due diligence for Subprime, Alt-A and Scratch and Dent mortgage acquisitions where total volumes averaged more than $3B per month. Developed a vendor network that provided valuation products. Responsible for approving, training, and monitoring vendor performance.

Integral in building Ocwen's 3rd party valuation business into a $6mm in gross revenue per year business. Managed all aspects of valuation due diligence for investment banks and mortgage originators.
