-Directed a team of over 20 members made up of research coordinators, AmeriCorps members, and research volunteers-Conducted the planning and execution of multiple ongoing recruitment strategies to move the project closer to the recruitment goal of 3,000 participants-Project managed an off-shoot study with over 300 participants to evaluate the effect of Viamin D in the prevention and reduction of severe COVID-19 symptoms and viral lung infections

-Developed protocols for training team members on recruitment, successfully used to train over 25 team members-Facilitated a major project to offer townhall sessions regarding the COVID-19 Vaccine: coordinating session times with leadership and physicians, and managing a task force to perform outreach to up to 1000 patients-Daily management of recruitment logs by reviewing patients to determine eligibility for our program

-Assisted in the pilot of a research study at Ingalls Memorial Hospital by curating standard protocols around recruitment, onboarding, and communication with clinical, administrative and research team-Managed major projects around patient data collection to understand patient re-admission, created a South Suburbs community resource booklet to address patient needs, and facilitated resource information during COVID-19 pandemic-Participated in the successful recruitment of 28 patients, individually recruiting 12 patients, between the University of Chicago and Ingalls Memorial Hospital to join each respective research program-Conducted data collection through phone survey administration and successfully completing over 320 interviews

-Planned & executed two Recycling Extravaganzas that had over 100 volunteers to serve over 400 community members -Researched and facilitated content to educate Elmhurst campus on environmentally sustainable endeavors and resources-Produced a training manual to be a “Green Living” team member

-Researched geriatric loneliness and isolation to market the companion care start-up company on media outlets-Initiated training program content for future employees on how to effectively maintain a relationship with clients-Produced a cancellation policy between company and client

-Engaged with Elmhurst College alumni to update them on campus activities & maintain a positive bond with the Elmhurst College-Asked for contributions and continued support to lead way for the non-restricted fund to allow for greater student scholarship and programming
