We provide entrepreneurs in conflict-affected and economically challenged communities with “Skillanthropists” to help them grow their businesses and create significant employment for all—with a particular focus on expanding the economic power of women. Put simply, we believe: More Jobs Mean Less Violence. Our current work focuses on job creation in El Salvador, Guatemala, Bolivia, Afghanistan and Lebanon. I’ve been a Bpeace Skillanthropist since 2005 and have been on the Executive Council since 2008.
