I have the privilege of serving as the Program Director over the core High School model of Genesys Works Houston, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth and giving them opportunities and tools to follow their college and career goals. Every single day, I am humbled and honored that I have this privilege, and I do not take it for granted. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep commitment to empowering youth and advancing workforce development initiatives in early talent. I thrive on the challenge of designing innovative programming to address the complex needs of today's youth, as well as finding engaging ways to equip them with the skills and resources they need to succeed in education and beyond. I am passionate about transformative change, and I am a firm believer in the power of mentorship, impactful relationships, collaboration, and true partnership.
