For more than 20 years, I have been advising both suppliers and customers in multinational outsourcing transactions, technology deals, commercial arrangements, and complex service and product procurement.My experience in technology transactions spans the acquisition of IT systems, solutions, and software, sophisticated software licensing and cloud-based subscription, and the sale and commercialization of technology. I also have significant experience in data center, hosting, colocation, and managed services. In the sourcing area, my experience includes: • information technology outsourcing • medical technology sourcing, covering equipment, software and services• human resources outsourcing covering the spectrum from full service HROs to boutique benefit plan services; and• other business processes, including finance and accounting outsourcing. General commercial transactions that I support include joint ventures, resale and distribution arrangements, marketing, and teaming agreements. I also have significant experience in telecommunications transactions, having held prior in-house positions with three major international telecommunication suppliers. My telecommunications experience includes international data and voice services, broadband and internet services, wireless services, systems integration, supply of related equipment, software licensing and other telecommunications requirements.
