•Developing and managing all social media marketing and growing the company’s online presence.•Developing and implementing a strategy for all the company’s social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest.•Managing the company’s online campaigns.•Ensuring all content is on brand, consistent in terms of quality, tone of voice and reflecting core values.•Being an online voice for the company by responding and engaging with people through the various platforms.

•Meeting and greeting all customers and gaining an understanding of their needs ensuring they are provided a high standard of service.•Recording detailed, accurate information to internal system including booking viewings and valuation meetings.•Answering all calls in a professional and friendly manor and communicating clearly to gain an understanding of the customers’ requirements. •Being a key holder

•Promoting the University of Worcester to potential students at a variety of events both locally and nationally. •Representing the University at Higher Education recruitment events including UCAS conventions, HE Fairs in schools and colleges and on inbound visits and Discovery Days.•Giving talks about a wide variety of HE related topics to large and small groups.•Leading and facilitating workshops and activities promoting Higher Education
