Since losing and gaining over 200kg since my teens, I now continue to find my healthiest happiest self by helping others do the same. Recently dubbed by one of my clients as a 'PT for the Soul', a medical colleague has also referred to me as a 'Wise Life Coach' in the area of weight loss and 'keeping it real'. Founder of the 'High 5 Back to Basics' program, I facilitate regular outdoor 1:1 and group movement sessions (that focus on health fun and movement rather than hard work and exercise), GROOVE classes (a delicious movement experience that reaches to your soul), and for the open minded, life purpose and crystal readings. Recently, I have up-levelled my health even more, recently dropping 5kg in just 10 days through an "accidental" alkalising, deep cellular hydration and detoxification that I didn't even know was an issue. I now communicate and educate the importance and miracle of drinking pure, clean water, facilitating opportunities for anyone to have their own personal waterfall. June 2017 will also see the launch of our Winter Warmer Retreat, sure to be an epic event, encompassing all of my truth and learnings about what it REALLY means to have lasting results and happiness in your own skin.

My diverse role for Metro South Health at Beaudesert hospital sees me provide, develop and maintain an efficient and confidential administrative and data management services. As a small rural location, being part of a diverse team at Beaudesert Hospital has seen me regularly operate across a broad number of sectors including General and Maternity Wards, Accident and Emergency Department, Allied Health, Outpatients, Medical Typing, Scanning and delivering staff inservices. More recently, I have also been providing administrative medical support in conjunction with Queensland Correctional Services at Palen Creek Correctional Centre.
