As a current student at PIMA I have come a far way into becoming a Surgical Tech. From the work studies to the hands-on training in the OR. As I learn I'm developing my skills to become the best Surgical Tech I can be and thrive in the future. My motivation for my cause as a Surgical tech is my family. With all the love and support from them I am achieving my dreams of helping people in the world. With around 9 years in the medical field, I began as a medical assistant, obtained a phlebotomy license, and I am now dedicated to advancing my skills. Balancing school, work and parenting can be challenging, but I make it a priority to spend my days off enjoying the simple pleasures with my kids-whether it's exploring the park or cozying up for movie time. These moments bring balance to my busy schedule and remind me of the importance of family.
