I took on the role of on-site First Aid and CPR instructor, which saves our company about 50% versus sending our employees offsite and also means we can schedule when it's convenient for us. In addition, I manage the semi-monthly payroll process, including data imports, data entry, and coordination between two separate payroll tracking systems.For the first year, I was also the sole Accounts Payable coordinator for the facility. Due to the expansion of my HR responsibilities and the growth of our workforce, those duties were shifted over to a newly-minted Accounts Payable Clerk position in January, 2013.
