As a Learning and Development Specialist at EDF Energy for over 14 years, I have developed and delivered training programs that meet the needs of learners and organisations. I have a passion for helping people learn and grow, and a mission to enhance the performance and well-being of EDF Energy's workforce.I have expertise in a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and blended learning. I use Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive e-learning courses that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. I also have CIPD Level 3 qualifications in Learning and Development, and I am currently pursuing Level 3 in Group Leadership Skills and Facilitation. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and I collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and learners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training solutions.
