** Relocated to California to establish MISA CA and company SOPs for California state operations **Manager of MISA Import's Western Region: 13 states• Product & Inventory Management• Demand Forecasting• Project Management • Supply Chain & Logistics• Accounting and Administrative FunctionsLeadership | Management ResponsibilityDirectly involved in day-to-day operations and management of three regional territories expanding over the western half of the United States. Manage a growing portfolio of annual and seasonal wines and spirits for retail and wholesale accounts in California, as well as a distribution network throughout 12 states. Oversee project orders, timelines, and execution for multiple project workflows. Serve as the primary interdepartmental liaison and communicate progress to cross-functional teams and accounts. Manage supply chain processes and cohesively work with the MISA Imports distribution network to ensure customer inventories are at sustainable levels to meet demand.

The DC primary functions include: * Inventory Management: managed sku levels and product flow at 14 distributor locations. Monitored core company items and an increasing collection of Costco Kirkland Signature branded programs. 15+ * Logistics: responsible for consolidating orders and arranging trucks to deliver to state distributors. Ensuring product would be delivered in a timely manner to the distributor and end customer, while maintaining a low cost rate per case. 10 - 20 loads per week. The later being weekly outbound quantity in 2014. * Item Management: required for both distributors and customer accounts - source, provide and maintain new item setup forms noting item details, packaging specs and pricing, and charged with ensuring items are in compliance by registering each SKU per state. Including ERP data maintenance in company's system: Quickbooks & NetSuite. * Account Rep | Sales Support: was the key contact for MISA's customers and charged with providing sales support required to activate commitments throughout individual states. Provide consistent weekly updates to buyers on commitments, current inventory levels through personalized developed reports, Google Docs and item forms on a weekly ( and as necessary ) basis. * Accounting: required to entered all SOs and issue Invoices to distributors and customer accounts. Follow up on PO status and payment status as required.
