Maintain existing relationships with clients & identify opportunities to broaden their product base.Identify new customers (both lending & deposit) opportunities & execute client set up to grow business and meet targets.Regularly analyse financial data and business measures to ensure the relationship set I manage is meeting key performance indicators and regional targets.Maintain and continue to develop understanding of products and their features to better tailor solutions for customers.Working with business partners to identify and meet targets relating to supporting funding of clients such as equipment finance, wealth planning and insurance.Attend and participate in regular training and coaching but as a group and individually with my manager to develop my business and meet performance requirements.

Conduct financial analysis, prepare ratios and complete client credit files for approval by credit managers. Monitor and maintain compliance and legislative requirements on all client files within the local business.
