I am Co-Founder/Governance Manager of Shannon’s Hopeline. Shannon’s Hopeline is in memory of my beautiful niece Shannon who died by suicide, she was only 13 years of age. Shannon’s mum Sandra is the Founder.At Shannon’s Hopeline we provide support and educate young people and their families on the importance of looking after their mental health. We do this by providing a low cost counselling service for ages 4 to 25. A Teens Mental Wellness programme teaching Teens the benefits of excercise and nutrition on their mental health.I am also Chairperson on The Liberties Training Centre. My passion is helping others with their mental health, fitness and nutrition.
