CurrentNow in her 17th year at Edelman, Lisa's evolved role in multichannel earned media includes working on specific client business, such as Unilever, Lowe's 100 Home Towns and Starbucks.She manages a NY-based team of earned media experts in Brand and Corporate Reputation, along with Edelman's larger earned media community in the US and in many global offices. Her work on REI's #OptOutside (closing the Co-Op's stores on Black Friday) not only permanently changed the conversation about holiday shopping season but won the industry's highest awards including the Cannes Lions Grand Prix.She is one of the founders of the US-wide Edelman Media Network, a highly engaged knowledge and resource-sharing group which strengthens skills and strategies at all levels. Her broad range of interests -- writing, podcasting, films, the evolution the traditional newsroom (AI/automation) -- enables her to see the trends develop in real time to serve to the client work every day. As the agency's "Super Bowl whisperer," she has partnered with clients on ad debut strategies for some of the most talked about campaigns of all time (the pre-game release of VW's "baby Darth Vader"). She partners with the non-traditional PR hires (creative, digital) to find the essential elements of an "earned-centric" idea.
