Creating a well-organized workspace is imperative and is visual in leading by example. I have supervised teams of up to 75 members in various manufacturing environments from automotive to glassware printing and laser designs. The safety of my team is of utmost importance, and I ensure all safety standards are adhered to and observed on a daily basis.Communication with all levels of the organization is imperative to ensuring the operations run as desired.
