my main duties include looking after all booking information both prior and after departure, sharing with clients local knowledge on things to see and do locally. promote and tailor make excursions to each clients individual needs. manage my schedule between 11, 4-5 star de-luxe hotels that i would visit as well as providing telephone service to 11 hotels situated in other parts of the island. I am sole based so this allows me to manage my own times and also to deal independently with any issues or problems that may arise. I also have a concrete relationship here with both hotel and excursion suppliers allowing me to negotiate and explore new opportunitys and to offer that extra special something for those VIP and loyal Classic Collection Customers.

My duties included meeting and greeting clients on arrival, presenting local information formally or on a one to one basis.I worked to set customer service and sales targets, promoting tours on a daily basis which I exceeded on many occasions. i worked also as a local tour guide to top attraction Mount Etna looking after up to 75 clients per tour. I was the customers first point of contact to deal with any issues that may arrise during their holiday.
