As the Chief Conservation Officer for the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC), Lisa is the lead staff with respect to NCC's overall national conservation activities including policy development and implementation of NCC's strategic priorities for conservation planning, science, securement and stewardship. Lisa regularly makes presentations to external audiences and engages in conservation related policy and partnership development discussions with senior government, industry and conservation organization representatives.

Reporting to the Director of Conservation, responsible for program fundraising, managing logistics, staff deployment (10 indirect geographically dispersed reports), registration infrastructure, marketing, communications, safety and volunteer recruitment. Delivered over 100 events annually in all 10 provinces with an average engagement of 1100 volunteers per year.
