Worked in criminal department of the Scottish court service for over ten years starting as a temp working my way up to executive officer/sheriff clerk depute, I have done well with my progression within the court service however I would now like a new challenge. I am a empathetic person who likes to help others, I like to be organised and I enjoy communicating with others both on a one to one basis and in a group setting. I am good at working to a deadline to meet targets. I have experience in management, in dealing with staff absences, complaints, carrying out inductions and supporting/training new members of staff. Ideally I am looking for a role that assists people in some way in order to achieve job satisfaction.
