I have worked in small, medium and large businesses, providing support to business leaders and employees at all levels. My most recent experience is in the heavy industry and manufacturing sectors, but I have also worked in medical practices, legal offices, education and the retail industry. Over the last few years I've studied in the areas of adult education, psychometric assessment, leadership and human resources management. My key skills are the ability to effectively communicate and easily build rapport with people from all walks of life. My core value is respect and doing my best to treat people the way they want to be treated. I am focussed on continuous improvement - assisting businesses and individuals to become as effective and efficient as possible, whether that is through behavioural awareness management, employee engagement projects, training initiatives or workplace systems implementation.
