Lisa has had a diverse career in leadership, management, marketing, community development, public relations and fundraising in the public and non-profit sector. Lisa is currently a Professor in the business and management portfolio at Georgian College. She held the position of Executive Director, Advancement and Community Development at Georgian College for more than 12 years. She was responsible for directing the College’s multiple capital campaigns, its annual fundraising, corporate partnership management, scholarships program, conference services and events, community development, public relations and alumni activities.Previously, Lisa held senior management roles in a variety of organizations including, Executive Director for the Lake Simcoe Conservation Foundation, Vice President of Development for Invest in Kids, and National Director of Development for Ducks Unlimited Canada. Lisa was also a part time faculty member for the School of Business and Management, and the School of Human Services at Georgian College for many years. Lisa held the designation of CFRE and has attained her MBA. Lisa volunteers for a variety of community organizations.Lisa has been a marketing professional for more than 20 years. Lisa has worked in the not for profit management field overseeing national, regional and local campaigns, including marketing and promotional strategies.
