I am responsible for the development and implementation of change management strategies and interventions (both people and business change) to support the major restructure of the Operations function, aimed at improving business efficiencies and sustainability.

I led the development and implementation of organisational development and change management strategies and interventions for a significant transformational change program (including organisational restructure) to support the strategic direction of Infrastructure Investment Portfolio Management.

I was responsible for the design, development, implementation and delivery of a Career Management Centre for Main Roads, aimed at providing career management / development services for internal staff of various occupational levels. The purpose of the career management centre was to serve as a proactive retention strategy in the face a volatile labour market and the growing skills shortage in the Engineering/Technical fields.

I provided consulting services to assist public and private sector organisations to design, implement and execute professional graduate recruitment and development programs nationally.
