Over 30 years experience in structuring, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing of: (i) all commercial contracts (including on third party paper), including complex sales, licensing, distribution, SaaS, and professional services agreements with strategic customers; (ii) data privacy agreements, including obligations under GDPR and HIPAA-HITECH: (iii) in-bound technology and supplier agreements; and (iv) other commercial transactions including marketing, property leases, and facilities services arrangements. Work extensively with Sales, Finance and Operations to identify and resolve complex business (licensing), financial (revenue recognition), and legal issues, where timely negotiation and contract closure are critical for revenue booking. Serve as a business partner to Sales so that we can bring in revenue in hyper-growth markets by collaborating cross-functionally to identify and establish an operational foundation for scaling.
