As the authorized technical writer for the SOP's in my department, Lisa and I spent many hours revisiting our department's SOP's to ensure that they were compliant with not only our practices and procedures, but with the FDA and AATB's. Lisa was extremely helpful in identifying all issues and problems and was quick to help me make the necessary corrections. Her knowledge of technical writing, regulatory guidelines and validation processes and procedures proved to be an asset in the overhaul of this function. Overall, Lisa and I worked on multiple projects together. In all areas her managerial skills, project management skills and leadership abilities rose above any challenges.
