CurrentResponsible for sustaining and maximizing value of *All* Stryker Neurovascular products by:- Responding to Patient Safety / Compliance issues.>> Providing immediate technical assessments and analysis for Field Actions>> Managing NC-CAPAs - implementing systemic and/or design based corrective actions.- Supporting Business Continuity>> Managing and executing business critical design changes through design control>> Conducting Technical Assessments / Analysis / Testing to assess design impact>> Supporting root cause efforts for manufacturing or design-based failures. - Working on Cost Improvements>> Assessing design impact and executing design changes on the proposed process or material changes that improve cost/efficiency. - Generating Revenue through product improvements.>> Working on line extensions that improve performance and introducing new codes.>> Supporting Competitive Testing, VOC efforts and identification of design enhancements>> Providing R&D technical support for International regulatory submissions and Product Launches.
