Supported the sales team with Administrative details so they could focus on changing the lives of students throughout the US. I also coordinated with the Marketing department as we planned 50+ ‘roadshows’ throughout our network during the school year. Planned travel for remote staff, helped with on boarding new staff, coordinated schedules for new teammates, completed expense reports, coordinated and ordered team spirit wear, and assisted the team with retention of current accounts. And other duties as needed by the VP of Sales and President.

Elected position - Township Government. The Township Clerks of Illinois are an incorporated non-profit association organized and operated to help promote and support township clerks by conducting educational conferences and for the betterment and promotion of public service to the community.Created the Avon Township Touch a Truck, a free family event. Started the diaper bank and essentials program within the township.

Holiday Position - LOVED it! Great place to work for some extra Christmas cash!Answered calls, placed orders via AG computer program. Tracked orders. Received many customer service awards.

Wonderful Experience working in a library. The people, the different levels of customer service, the staff - the staff is AWESOME! It was a great job, and I miss the great people who used the library and the even greater staff that work there.Greeted Patrons via in person and telephone. Answered inquiries about general library functions. Also added on the position of an assistant to the Outreach Public Coordinator. as the OPC asst, I coordinated parade participation, and did a toy / food collection during the holiday season. I also was project leader for the 'Cookbook' project, where we collected recipes from patrons and staff and sold the book at the library as a fundraiser.

I worked for JCP in Woodfield while in High School and attending Harper - I left for awhile and then returned to JCP after my first son was born . I worked register, as an Assistant Manager and then on to telephone Customer Service at the BG telephone center. Sadly the phone center closed in 2001.
