I am a real estate broker and investor with deep experience in both strong and distressed markets and a knack for problem solving that enables me to help clients navigate even the most complex real estate scenarios.I began my career as a real estate agent in 2000, quickly earning my stripes as regional sales Rookie of the Year, member of the 100% and Platinum Clubs, and inductee into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, an exclusive recognition which honors top producers who have achieved more than $1 million in gross commission earnings during their career.My experience as one of the top real estate owned (REO) brokers in the country in the aftermath of the subprime loan crisis pivoted my career to the investment side of the business. It also equipped me to deliver tremendous value to clients and investors alike. In severe distressed real estate market conditions, I had the opportunity to work on nearly 300 investors and to use my knowledge and problem solving proficiency to ease my clients’ pain by assisting them with cash flow analysis and risk management. Today, I work in partnership with a great mentor and fellow real estate investment expert Darlene Root as part of Mutual Investment Holdings, a real estate investment firm specializing in buying and selling institutional and owner financed promissory notes secured by residential real estate.
