As an operations manager at Carers FIRST, I lead the development and transformation of services for unpaid carers across several regions. I have over seven years of experience in the charity sector, where I have successfully implemented process improvement, new business development, and people management strategies to enhance the quality and impact of our work.I am passionate about creating services that are based on best practice, research, and the insights of my colleagues, carers, and their families. I have am currently completing a BA Honors in Health Sciences, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
