Responsible for planning, implementation and coordinating Life Enrichment programs. Managed a team of Activity Assistants, providing training, guidance and support. Established and maintained strong relationships with community organizations, volunteers and local businesses to expand resources and opportunities for residents. Provide dementia friendly activities in Memory Care. Collaborate with marketing team to share social media content featuring resident activities and events. Manage the Life Enrichment budget. Maintain documentation of activities and resident attendance as required by regulation.
