*Operations Bureau, Patrol Division Duties: Patrol Major and Fleet Services Manager Full-Time • I transformed the general atmosphere and wellbeing of the patrol deputies and patrol division, at CCSO by galvanizing them into a team who knew they were supported by me. Motivated, receiving training and equipment; no longer concerned they had no position at an at-will organization, therefore becoming productive and providing quality customer service to the citizens of Cleveland County.• My main purview consists of 27 Patrol Deputies, 18 Reserves, The 12 Honor Guard members, 6 Drone Operators, 4 K-9 Units, the Command Post, 2 speed trailers, and ATV, the Field Training Program and all Fleet Services for the agency (123 vehicles) and a garage and 2 Mechanics.• Execute an annual budget of over 500k, to purchase or lease new and used patrol vehicles, select the safest, most innovative and cost effective equipment to install in each vehicle; for the purpose of use throughout the entire agency. This includes the care and daily maintenance, and maintaining records of their purchase and service.• Locate vendors willing to work, with-in our budget and the purchase order type of system the County uses; getting them signed on as vendors.• Train Deputies and Civilians in the best practices of law enforcement and customer service and developing partnerships with the other Law Enforcement Agencies in our local area as well as the entire State, based on our desire to assist them as the main agency in the area.• Research the best possible equipment for all functions of police operations, within the Operations Division, which can be procured for effective operations. Negotiate contracts with vendors.• Collaborated with Deputies in obtaining two K-9 grants through USPCA, 2022 and 2023, to help with the purchase of two more K-9 Dog’s.• Received the Sheriff’s Commendation for my dedication to building relationships and embodying the Mission, Vision and Values of CCSO.

Oklahoma City Police Department – May 2019 to October 2021 *Police Investigations Division Duties: Program Technician (Video Services) part-time • A newly conceived position with OCPD, at that time, in a time where video evidence is everywhere, I was able to go to residential homes, business and into social media sites, to collect video recordings/evidence, relative to criminal activity.• I used my years of knowledge, experience, and training of criminal behavior, in its review, to locate crime sprees or criminal activities that overlapped in several crime units and jurisdictions, and provide information to other units within OCPD, the Media and other agencies, for the capture of criminals or prevention of further crimes.• Used Social Media platforms for investigative purposes and crime prevention.

Bringing an End to Violence in Oklahoma CityWe are a group of service-oriented agencies that came together in 2016 with a BIG vision: to create a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary service model where teams of professionals come together under one roof to provide coordinated services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, bullying, and human trafficking. We desire to offer our community a kind-hearted, victim-centered home where victims and their children come first as they work through the healing process. -I provide a safe environment and transportation for victims and their family as they go through any step of their process from an emergency flee from a violent situation, shelter, hospital exams, court appearances, counseling appointments etc. as well as providing my over 24 years (at that time)of experience in law enforcement to all areas of the organization.
