Direct and manage Sales, Catering & Conference Services Team in addition to all marketing endeavors for the Sheraton Myrtle Beach. Responsible for the creation and execution of the annual strategic sales plan including optimal revenue maximization of group sales efforts for 400 guest rooms/suites and 250,000 square feet of meeting and event space to all markets both locally and nationally.

Sales and marketing efforts for (9) Marriotts, (2) Holiday Inns and (1) Best Western in SC/NC. Responsible for recruitment/training/development of Sales Staff. Pre Sales/Marketing for new builds and conversions.

Direct sales efforts for State Association market. Trained and developed Sales and Catering Staff. Completed annual marketing plan. Active is SCSAE, Carolinas MPI and Columbia Chamber of Commerce & CVB.
