I am an HR generalist working at a law firm in London. I am knowledgeable in all areas of HR. My role is to provide an HR function that reflects the needs of the business. Responsible for evaluating employee programmes, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and ensuring these are in line with the goals and business plan of the firm. Working with the Managing Partner to ensure that all staff meet the require key competency goals required for their position in order to progress and achieve promotion. Put in place a training programme that assists employees to achieve their goals.
